Your Club can assist you in parties for as many as 200 guests, which are reserved through the Catering Department. Rooms may be reserved on a "first come, first served basis." Special events or functions scheduled during non-operating hours are subject to a minimum revenue requirement. Details are available through the Catering Department.

We will make every possible effort to accommodate your needs for parties on short notice. However, in order to ensure that we are able to provide our Members with the best food and service, please allow for 48 hours advanced notification.

We offer Chinese and Western Cuisine. To ensure the highest standards of service, we suggest a pre-selected menu for parties of ten (10) or larger. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 50% charge. Prices and menu selections are subject to change and will depend on availability.

In order to ensure that your guests are comfortable, western dinner buffets require seating for all guests. The Catering manager will be happy to assist you in menu planning.

We provide everything from the food and drinks to kitchen equipment and tableware, to serve a private party at the member's home, office or anywhere possible.

Special arrangements have been made for Members and their guests to park for dinner. Our cashier will provide drivers RMB25 for lunch and RMB50 for dinner which will be billed to the Members account.
